2. Service Overview

Our Service offers scam awareness alerts and provides material review to help you assess whether a suspicious document, email, text message, voicemail, social media message, bill, statement, quote, proposal, or letter you’ve received is legitimate or a potential scam. Through our text-based communication, you may submit suspicious materials to us, and we will provide a response based on our findings. This is a subscription-based service that costs $19 per month.

3. Subscription and Fees

To access our Service, you must subscribe by paying a monthly fee of $19. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method on are curring basis each month. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so by texting "EXIT" to 1-888-784-7508, or by contacting our customer service department at 1-888-784-7508. Fees are non-refundable, even if you choose to cancel before the end of the billing cycle.

4. Service Scope

Submission of Materials: You may submit suspicious material via text message. You are responsible for providing accurate, clear, and complete information when submitting documents for review.

Review Process: We will analyze the submitted material and research it for signs of fraud or scam activity. Based on our findings, we will provide a text message response detailing the legitimacy of the material.

Communication Method: All communication regarding your submission, including our analysis and advice, will be sent to you via text message.

Advice and Recommendations: We provide advice based on our research and available information. However, we do not guarantee that any material will be correctly identified as a scam or legitimate. Our advice is meant to guide your decision-making but is not a guarantee of fraud prevention.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely advice, we do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of our services in identifying scams. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses, data breaches, or other consequences of scams or fraudulent activities. By using our Service, you agree that our role is limited to providing advisory services and that we are not responsible for any scams you experience.

6. No Guarantee of Scam Prevention

The advice we provide is based on our research and experience; however, there is no guarantee that our analysis will fully protect you from scams or that scams will always be identified correctly. You acknowledge that scams can evolve rapidly, and new methods may emerge that we are not immediately aware of.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us through the contact methods provided.

By using the Service, you agree to use it solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You acknowledge and agree that:
